Game Accessibility Day

What is Game Accessibility Day?

Game Accessibility Day is pre-conference event related to Games for Health Conference. Established in 2008, Game Accessibility Day is designed to be a deep dive into how gaming can be used for rehabilitation, testing, or just plain fun. Some of the topics of the past GA Days

  • How to make games accessible for those with disabilities
  • Case study on how custom games were able to bring better quality of life to disabled children
  • Discussions on how we can use technology to solve some of the challenges caretakers are struggling with
  • Learning, how to use games to connect in new ways to people who need special attention
