My name is Stephen Wagstaff, better known as Swag’s or Mr. Swagstaff.  SwagAbility is a Registered Non-Profit Organization that was “born” out of a desire to help people who have (or are,) experiencing traumatic disabilities or illnesses, who, along with family and friends, are looking for information and answers to their questions. SwagAbility though, is  more then just a website that offers information. Our goal is to also offer care by providing adaptive products, education from our Podcasts and a thriving online community for encouragement! For millions of gamers with disabilities, this question isn’t just about preference – it’s about access, inclusion, and the fundamental right to play. At AbleToPlay (Good Trouble), we believed solving this challenge would do more than help players find games – it would open up the joy of gaming to more people around the world than ever before. 

I’m Jared Grier, owner and sole operator of Designed By Grier, an engineering design and fabrication company. I combine my expertise in 3D parametric design, 3D printing, and electro-mechanical systems to create a variety of products. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and work experience with gas turbine engines, UAS design and fabrication, assistive technology, and rehabilitation engineering, I have gained a breadth of knowledge in material types, fabrication methods, mechanical and electrical systems, design principles, and analysis methods.

I use this knowledge base to design products across a wide array of industries, from assistive technology and adaptive equipment to home décor and artistic lighting. I seek to partner with individuals and companies to provide finished products or subcomponents for their products. My passion is solving problems and taking ideas from concept to reality.
