Jessica B

Jessica, a Caucasian female using a quadstick, a controller that you use your mouth with.

Jessica is from Mascoutah, Illinois. She had been gaming for years on standard controllers, often playing the Sims. She endured a complete C4 spinal Cord injury which changed her world and her ability to game.

AbleGamers Peer Counselor, Aaron, worked with Jessica virtually to discover the best options for getting her back to the Sims and other games. She decided that the Quadstick, a controller that utilizes the mouth and head, looked like the best choice for her to play on PlayStation 4 and PC.

We were able to provide Jessica with a Quadstick and a Magic Arm Mount to attach the controller to whatever surface is comfortable. We hope she is able to play the Sims and any other games she’s interested in! It was an honor to be part of Jessica’s quest to get back to gaming!
