Service Level Agreement

In order for the AbleGamers Charity to help as many people as we can, we ask that once you have been accepted into one of the AbleGamers Charity programs, you commit to responding to questions and requests within 3 business days. Please be aware that attempts from AbleGamers Charity staff to contact you will only occur Tuesdays through Fridays during normal business hours excluding United States holidays.

Of course, we do understand that it may not always be possible to respond within that time frame. If you are aware of anything that you anticipate may prevent you from responding within the 3-business day time frame, we ask that you inform us at the start of the process. For example, if you can only respond to inquiries once a week, you should inform us of this at the start of the consultation process so that we may plan accordingly. Additionally, we understand that unforeseen and extenuating circumstances, including medical emergencies, sometimes arise. If something of that nature does inhibit your ability to respond, please let us know about your situation at your earliest convenience so that we may take that into consideration as we continue the consultation process.

As a team, we are always excited to support as many players with disabilities as we can. That said, there are many players who need our attention, if we do not receive a response to our follow up within 3 business days, we will have to discontinue your consultation and move on to another player in the Peer Support queue.

Following discontinuation from the program, you will have to resubmit your application if you would like to be reconsidered. If your consultation is discontinued, your case will be closed, but the information given during the consultation process will not be lost. When you return to active status in our queue, we will be able to review information from your file so that we may continue with the process in an efficient manner.

We would like to reiterate that the use of email or social media as an attempt to harass or otherwise deride the AbleGamers Charity, its employees, and/or volunteers will not be tolerated and can, at the discretion of the AbleGamers Charity management, disqualify you from ANY of our programs. Using social media to libel the AbleGamers Charity, its staff or volunteers will lead to immediate removal from any and all AbleGamers Charity Programs.
